lisk Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 I am having a weird problem. I have fast easy checkout installed (if that matters) and I'm trying to use both usps and ups for shipping. On the shipping page when a customer is checking out, the shipping option says " Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order" but there are no radio buttons or checkboxes for them to select. Then it says: United Parcel Service An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations. Invalid ShipperPostalCode If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner. United States Postal Service An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner. Anyone know what's going on?
