Paypal IPN not receiving payments

Customers orders appear as "pending" but there is no IPN payment notification?

Customer name, Order Total, Date Purchased are all present.

Status says pending but there is no payment notification and no money has transfered into paypal.

This is happening on about 20% of my orders and I'm not sure why???

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I had the same last time - after it ran 100% perfect for over a year now. I contacted PayPal and they told me to have an own technical problem. This happens from time to time.

 

I habe one weekend there was no IPN notification - but on monday all the notifications were sent.

 

So, don't worry and wait before you begin changin code

Did the lost customer payments eventually come through?

 

I'm having the same problem. It started on Wednesday afternoon. One payment missed the IPN, then the next was ok, then it's missed ever one since. I've not changed any code on my site so I was guessing it's a paypal issue.
