hcsswimmer Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 I have recently installed oscommerce through cpanel X It installed to its full extent, i try to go to my url/admin and i attempt to log in, when i click ok a white screen comes up and displays this odd message Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/MY URL IS HERE/public_html/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31 I dont know what it means , can anyone help me??? Thanks -Alex if you did it thru your host cpanel, call them and have them help you fix it, that is what they get paid for, if they can't help I would consider changing. My hosting company helped loads when I had trouble with install, they actually walked me thru the install over the phone and helped me to set up my secure admin and ssl. I hope you get it, install is the hardest part, after that you'll be happy! Thanks -Alex try going through ftp and seeing what the error is on that line, if you cant tell , try posting a bit of the error code or line and someone may be able to help

Please follow instructions in txt file added with the package.
