Confirmation Letters and Invoices

Hello Group. My name is Tazzi and I am new, My reason for this post is to hopefully finish the job that I had hired someone else to do but who desserted half way through. So to begin with I'd like to inquire if I may obtain some sort of template or program for Order Confirmation Letters that can be emailed to customers. And along those lines some sort of tracking of customer orders , as well as the documentation/communication/disposition of order at any given point. I also require some sort of template/program for invoicing to both the customer and lilshopdowntown. If anyone can give me any information regarding these issues or input it would be greatly appreciated. And finally I want to thank all forum members for their contributions and help/advice to all of us newbees.
