Problems with new accounts and checkout

I have recently installed osCommerce for my website, www.mile77.com. I was trying to verify that everything worked before i started adding catalog items in. When i go to the index page and try to regiser a new account it gives me an error that says the file is unavailable. Likewise, if i fill up a cart and try to checkout, i get the same error. I think both of these errors are coming from the create_account.php.

 

Any suggestions on how i can get this bad boy up and running? I haven't edited any of the phps at all.

That's the first point you've reached that osC will call for SSL. Do you have a Certificate? Have you set up your store to true for SSL? That will be in configure.php.
