Andreas2003 Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Hi there, I need a recommendation for a Ticket System / Help Desk, which is not to hard to get it working. I got a look at OSC-SupportTicket System and at HelpDesk for osC. HelpDesk seems to be more professional due to email integration, but harder to get it working. I dont know much about OSC SupportTicket System, but it seems to be installed very easily. Can you give me a recommendation please about these two systems or about another one, and also some pro's and con's if you know some ? Thanks in advance, Regards Andreas Quote
