fut Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 I just started with a new merchant and authorize.net account when I realized that I was still in test mode. I have already sent out some orders. Is their anyway to salvage the credit card information just for the sake of charging for the orders that they placed?
Guest Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 I think you'd have to talk to Auth for that. I think they'll tell you to chalk it up to experience, but you may get some results. You could talk to the customers but it looks unprofessional and raises fears.
