rhurd
Hi all I've applied for a SSL cert and have been asked by my host if I want the cert setup as: https://mydomain.com or https://www.mydomain.com I'd think with the www's, but what the difference? Any other words of caution or advise while setting this up would be appreciated. Thanks Ryan
Guest
Either will work - if your http address is www, then the same would make the most sense. Make sure that you get your configuration address correct, otherwise it will pop up a browser warning when you switch to https.
