ise Posted November 14, 2005 Share Posted November 14, 2005 Hi, I am starting to get orders in now from my site,good news,BUT although most of the time I get an order processed e-mail,and the order is logged on the Admin,today I had a payment and no such email,but even worse no mention of the order on the Admin page.I did have the customer details so I could phone them but it didnt look very pro,they pais by paypal.I have had Paypal payments before without problems,is this just a glitch or should I worry? mark27uk3 Posted November 14, 2005 Share Posted November 14, 2005 Hi Ian, Do yourself a favour and dont use the stock paypal module in osc. Install the PayPal IPN contribution, wot has most likely happened is that the customer has paid for his/her order but not clicked the button to return to your site hence no order logging.
