Customer Returns, Quotes, Product Options

Looking for cart software, but need to address a few things...

 

Handling product returns? In addition to customers buying products, we need to be able to handle product returns online. Reasons for returns can be order-in-error, warranty and non-warranty repairs, returns for refurbishment, etc.

 

We basically need 3 things:

Generate a number for the return and allow the customer to enter the model number and the reason for return.

Can this simply be added as a product category?

 

Do I have any control over the formatting of RMA numbers?

 

I noticed most other shopping cart programs don't even address customer returns, but it is a fact of life when you sell stuff.

 

Quotation generation Many customers require a printed quotation that they take to the purchasing department to place the order. Does you program allow customers to print a quote instead or ordering?

 

It would be nice to generate a quote number, add standard verbage to a quote (quotes are good for 60 days only...etc.) and keep a copy of the quote in the database.

 

Selection of product options? Can I set up some logic in setting up product options?

For example, if I order model xyz, then I can only get options, A, B or C. If I choose option A, then I can't get option B, only C. If I select option B, then I can't get option A or C.
