ikhan42
Hello, I have just tried to install oscommerce on Red hat ES with Apache 1.3.33, php 4.4.0, open ssl 0.9.8. I can get to the phpinfo file if I type the local address (127.0.0.1) but not when I type the the www address, I get the error the requested URL could not be retrieved (111 connection refused error) when I try to get osCommerce from the local address (127.0.0.1) all i get in the web browser is a list of the files in the catalog directory but if I try from the www address I get the 111 connection refused error. Any ideas. I am also running webmail on the server which is working and as I said the server whows apache,open_ssl and PHP working fine locally. I have confirmed the firewall I have setup is allowing port 80 and 443. Thanks Ikhan42
ikhan42
Okay I have it working for the local apache page and phpinfo on the net now I cleared the proxy cache and that fixed the problem of not being abot to access port 80 from the web up. But I am still getting ca directory listing when I try and access the catalog/install page and not getting the install wizard running. Thanks in advance Ikhan42 Hello, I have just tried to install oscommerce on Red hat ES with Apache 1.3.33, php 4.4.0, open ssl 0.9.8.
