Giftwrap - Giftwrap option not showing on packing slip or invoice

Hi there,

We've installed the giftwrap contribution as described in the installation instructions, and had a thorough look through this forum to see if anyone else has had the problem that we currently have.

We are able to check out an order, select a giftwrap option on checkout_shipping.php and the selected giftwrap method shows up correctly on checkout_confirmation.php.

However, once the customer has checked out the order, we have no way of telling what the selected giftwrap option at the time of ordering was - there is nothing relating to giftwrap showing up in invoice.php or packingslip.php.

We have had a look in the mysql database, and there are no records in orders_total with a class of ot_giftwrap, nor are there any records in the orders table with any value in the giftwrap column.

Has anybody seen this before? Any help much appreciated... we're considering going to a fallback solution of having the customer enter giftwrap requirements into the order comments box on checkout - this is messy but we can make it work!

We're on OSCommerce 2.2 MS2 [not the 12th November 2005 update, the previous release] and using giftwrap contribution for MS2.

Thanks in advance,

Simon.

i had a similar problem, but i guess its fixed now:

make sure you install Giftwrap in the Order Total Module section (admin area -> modules).

check if the sort order value conflicts with another one, if it does, it will not show up in the invoice.
