Shipping Fees - How to setup

Basically here is what I want to do...

 

If somebody buys 1-3 products then charge $5.00 for standard shipping

 

for every additional product, add on $1.00.

 

(and then i want it to show people the final price)

 

I would like to give them 3 different options (with different pricing for each)

 

above would be standard.....

 

then i want to do like a 2 day

 

and a next day....

 

 

 

How do i configure something like this???

the only think that I was able to find was you can in the admin set it up (based on price or weight) like say up to $50 is 5 bucks shipping from $50-100 is 10 bucks, etc

 

but i would really like to see it based on the number of items rather than the weight... ya know???
