.htaccess Question

It has been a while and google has not come around... I'm wondering if the modifications I have made to .htaccess are hurting me. Could you kindly take a look at this code?

I just can't seem to grasp this .htaccess... UGH!

MSN has indexed but google and Yahoo just won't do it.

 

Please tell me if it has someething to do with my .htaccess file above?
