Hi Guys,

Really need some help here, i have been using oscommerce now for about the last year and have come against something which i just can't seem to solve. I have created a store last year to use IPN with no problem what so ever and it works great.

I'm now creating a new store with a new paypal account and will be accepting payment in USD, i have tried multiple IPN modules and everytime i now confrim payment it takes me off to the paypal site but the cart is empty!!! Does anyone have any ideas should i have to change something in the paypal account (it's a business account already)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Tim.

Have you set your confirm to head back from the Paypal site to direct to your own page?

I remember doing something like that in order to get the cart to work but dont know if the new way they did things is the same.

Im having issues on the site that I set up for my client too. Something is not working right with the Paypal IPN, and I dont know if its just needing an update or what.

One of these days, I will actually understand what I just changed...

But reading the Manual DEFINATELY helps...

From my understanding you do not need to setup the account to handle IPN as this get overwritten when you pass this information from the checkout. I'm using the Paypal IPN from OSC, the only difference that i can see is that the original site i designed was in ? and this new siteis in $, i have even tried using the paypal account that works in the new site and that dosn't even work.

Right got it working, the currency definition was set to US in OSC and needed to be updated to USD. OSC will the set all values to disply 0 you go to admin/configuration adn set use feaults currency.

hope this help.

Tim.
