MVS admin page error

Hi, I just installed "Enhanced MVS_v0.01_BETA.zip" and I tried to follow step by step of the installation, now I'm getting this error message on admin home page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_get_ip_address() in /home/secci2/public_html/comprar/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 232
