Order Total Based Shipping (Newbie)

I have to implement something like this

 

Purchase total-Shipping

 

$0-$25.00 -- $5.95

$25.01-$50.00 -- $6.95

$50.01-$75.00 -- $7.95

$75.01-$100.00 -- $10.95

$100.01-$125.00 -- $12.95

$125.01-$150.00 -- $13.95

$150.01-$200.00 -- $14.95

$200.01-$300.00 -- $16.95

$300 or more -- $18.95

 

Expedited shipment within 3 days will be $7.00 extra

 

Express shipment within 2 days will be $13.00 extra.

 

 

Could someone please help me hpw to set up this. I am new to OSC.

I installed Creloaded.
