Allow customer to give Time of delivery & send text message with product ???

Hi there everybody - Hope I can get a little help here...

 

I?ve been looking for a contribution that gives me the option of letting the customer send a text message with a product (( explain : this is a flower shop - and in the Greeting Cards cateogory - I want the customer to be able buy a specific Card to send with his flowers and whilst buying the card, - type in a text message that we will put in his card before sending it out)) is this at all possible........????......any advice greatly appreciated........

 

Another "task" - is to allow the customer (( in the checkout process )) to give us a specific time and date - for the deliverty to take place - (( should be fairly simple right - possibly just 2 text boxes "time of delivery" - and "date of delivery"......right .... but I just dont know where to begin - is there a contribution for this....
