Contribution not showing in Admin Panel

Hi y'all,

 

Havin (another) little problem, I've had the Multiple Flat Rates contrib installed and configured so I can price shipping to either the UK & Ireland or International.

 

However, even though all the correct configs have been done in the PHP files the new module doesn't show up in the Admin panel anywhere (should be under the Shipping module).

 

I'm so confused and really need this to start working, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated as always!

Sorted it!!! The module now shows up in the admin panel, but now have a new problem when I try to run/install it I get the following error:

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'True', 'False'), ', now())' at line 1

 

insert into configuration (configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order, set_function, date_added) values ('Enable International Shipping', 'MODULE_SHIPPING_INTERNATIONAL_STATUS', 'True', 'Do you want to offer international rate shipping?', '6', '0', 'tep_cfg_select_option(array('True', 'False'), ', now())
