Help please!

Hi, I just installed the header tag contribution (HeaderTags_V_2.5.5).

 

Now I think thought that I have made it through the install. I think I even remember it saying it was successfully installed on my browser. I tried my best to follow the instructions carefully.

 

Anyway my problem is this:

 

On the screenshot included in the download you can see that there is a section in the administration panel labeled "Header Tags". See below.

 

 

 

 

Now you can see on mine that section is not present. See below.

 

 

 

 

 

Can you please explain what I may have done wrong? I have made it through as far as where you change the code in the 35 or some odd files in catalog folder.
