Configure.php

This is what I have in pink highlight at the top of my oscommerce site:

Warning Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /storeg/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

Where do I change this. MySQL? I'm lost.

Thanks.

Check your hosts control panel. Many have an option for changing file permissions. Or, if you have an ftp program, right click on the file and there should an option to change them. If you search the forums for chmod, you will other ways to change them too.

No such section.

I use Yahoo Web Hosting, and can not find any such option. I can't believe there is no one on this forum using Yahoo that has the same problem as me.

I don't think too many use yahoo since they are not set up to run oscommerce, or at least they haven't been. Maybe that has changed. Have you tried contacting them and just asking how you do it?
