Ive created a new box, now need to change width

Can someone please help me do this please.

 

Ive read the documentation about box classes but its not clear what I need to do.

As I understand it a class is say its font, colour etc?

 

Ive managed to add an image to the box headings using the second bit of the documentation page....

But how do I change just the box ive created (why_shop)

 

I know there is a contribution but I only need to change the one box and obviously the box ive made isnt in the contribution so ive no idea what to add or change!
