Moved to root and getting one slight problem

Hi - As you know the normal install of OSCommerce installs into /catalog/ directory.

 

So to change things you have to enter /catalog/admin/

 

So to keep my web address to be simple and not have /catalog/index.php i have moved everything to be in the root directory. Now all works well except when I am looking to add some core images in the Categories / Products area I get the following error:-

 

Error Error: Catalog images directory is not writeable: /home/httpd/vhosts/yyyyy.co.uk/httpdocs/shop/images/

 

Any thoughts as I have tried to move the image directory back to admin directory.
