Is it possible to limit purchase to 5 items of each sort?

Hi there,

 

I'm wanting to limit my oscommerce so people can only buy 5 of each ticket or tshirt at any one time. But they could buy 10 tshirts at once - as long as they are 5 of one type and 5 of another... Does anyone have any ideas or know how to do this?
