Convert Currency at Checkout

I'm wondering if it's possible in any way to change the currency at the time of checkout. My products are listed in Canadian Dollars, yet I have to convert the transaction to USD before I can send it to auth.net.

 

What I'm looking for is something like this: (on the confirmation page)

 

Sub-Total: $17.20 
Canada Post (1 x 3kgs) (Regular, 2005-11-15): $3.79 
Provincial Sales Tax: $1.68 
Total: $22.67 

USD Total: $19.08  (1 CAD = 0.841699 USD)

 

 

Any help at all would be great! I'm really need to open the store, before I lose anymore money.
