Order payment only after my approval

Probably there's a simple way to do this or a contribution already availlable, but... I'm a completelly newbie with OSC and this forum still looks a little bit confuse to me, sometimes. :rolleyes:

 

Well, my shop sells (will sell) books. My catalogue wil have thousnds of titles, and I will have no stock at all.

 

Here's what I nedd:

-- colect orders from clients, WITHOUT PAYMENT YET (order will receive a "processing" status label)

-- check with the publisher the availlability of the ordered articles and individual weights (to estimate shipping costs)

-- Update the client's order with shipping costs and validate individual prices and mark the order as "ready for payment")

-- Send a message to the client telling him to return to his account and procedd with payment (choose COD or pay through PayPal to my own country or through PayPal only for the "resto of the world")

 

My question is: can this be done? Is there a contribution or a set of contributions that I can use to obtain some identical results?
