Modifications to CC module (re: Switch cards)

Hi everyone.

 

I wonder if someone could guide the way for me.

 

I've got a stock CC module apart from a CVV contribution.

 

At present the CC module won't accept a Switch card (UK) numbers nor will it capture the issue number.

 

I've found an ideal contribution to use:

Question is, I assume I need to remove the old CVV contribution before I install the new one. The new contribution also captures the CVV number (so I have no need for the old one).

 

I'm just wondering how I'd go about this - should I remove anything CVV related, and revert to a stock CC module, and then install the new Switch contrib?

Or would this one be better, as it adds encryption and blacklisting?

 

Not quite sure what blacklisting does, but I know I'd like encryption!
