Create account/my acount & Checkout not working

I am new to osCommerce. I downloaded osCommerce using Fantastico. The links to create account, my acount & checkout are not working. What do I need to do to fix this?

Also, in the admin page under orders it says:

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-20, 20' at line 1
