Problem with configure file.

Hi , getting this problem just this morning. Previously there are no problem at all. "Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/simply/public_html/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

 

I has ftp to my server and change both configure files to 444 and the warning is still there.
