Order confirmation page is not correct

Once confirm is clicked and the customer is forwarded onto ProtX to complete their payment details. It says, You have just bought SHOPNAME

What it needs to say is you have just bought PRODUCTNAME or ORDERNUMBER

There must be a setting somewhere asking what you'd like displayed here.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Basically, The information sent through to the payment processing company contains the storename instead of the item name. This doesn't look right on the final payment confirmation screen, as it doesn't say what they have just bought???

Does anybody know if there is a setting for this. I cannot find it.
