Questions about "Quick Find" "Customer Login" and "Language Box"

Does anyone know how to do the following:

 

On the "Quick Find Box" can another option be added? For example, I need to add "Search by Pack Number", can I put this in that field or can I create another box for this?

 

Is there a way to add "remember my email and password" and "remember my password" on the returning customers page?

 

In the "Language Box" can text be added next to the graphic flag? So it would say, English?
