As I have found this community already a wealth of information, while creating this store for my customer - I thought to present the store here, as it has very recently gone live. For maybe to get some feedback and creative critics or suggestions for what to improve. The store is at: http://www.smi-music.com As you can see this is rather stock at the moment, the goal so far has been to create a store functioning as intended, and heavy customization of the UI has not been the highest priority, as long as everything looks neat and tidy. I built the site with BTS, hoping this would perhaps help future customization and enhancing the visuals, and so far I have been quite happy with the possibilities. Apart from the usual osCommerce items, I have built couple modules specifically for this project, for information about artists and retailers. Artist module has been planned for future additions such as dedicated pages for Artist biographies and linking their preferred insturment to the related product in the store. I would be glad to hear your feedback!
