There are 3 address details in the Admin area of each order, "Customer", "Shipping Address" and "Billing Address". The problem is my "Billing Address" in Admin does not match the address shown on the Invoice "Bill To" address. The Invoice uses the "Customer" details instead of the "Billing Address" details. Does anyone know what is wrong and how it can be solved please. Thanks.
Guest Posted November 7, 2005 Posted November 7, 2005 The billing and shipping both use the customer address by default until the customer elects to change them during checkout. If billing was never changed by the customer, it should remain the same.

So if the "Billing Address" is changed during checkout, is it supposed to be reflected in the Invoice "Bill To" address as well or does the Invoice still use the "Customer" Address???? My one still uses the "Customer" details in the Invoice "Bill To" area when the buyer has changed their "Billing Address" to a different one during checkout.
Guest Posted November 7, 2005 Posted November 7, 2005 Hmmm, maybe it changes the customer's default account address when they change the billing address. I have to admit, I've never looked at this before.
