Fedex Real Time quoted different price for the same weight?

I have installed the Fedex Real Time quote(fedex1.php). The link with Fedex server is working and able to get the Fedex quotation before check out.

 

But I found a problem - when apply on the same weight of products but different sale price, you will get higher freight rate for the product with higher sale price. I think the freight is quoted base on weight, why related to the products price??

 

I will be highly appreciate if someone can help me on this. I alreay try many ways to solve it, but did not successful.

Eric, unfortunately I am having almost the same problem as you. Our Ground shipping rates are pretty much spot on BUT it appears that Fedex is quoting a much lesser rate for Express shipment on our site. For example, we just got a customer who had a large order and she was quoted only $43 for Express while our quote on Fedex online was $60.

 

I'm still trying to figure this one out :(
