Can I have this Serach option

Hi,

 

I need a Search option for the Make of a Printer, Say Epson and the Model Number R210 etc., either as a multi line option or they can manually key it in.

 

I need it on the front page

 

I have looked but so far haven't seen anything altho' I am sure there is.
