Fatal error download controller

Hi, Ihave installed the donwload controller and I am getting this error when going to payments module in the admin: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_get_free_charger() in /home/timeoutn/public_html/catalog/includes/modules/payment/cc.php on line 22

 

 

Read over and over the read me files, installed older version of the controller before installing v5.3 but I am still getting that error. Also somewhere they mention a mysql file update, but I could not find a file to update the database.

Can somebody help please

I have set up a product with a zero price tag and it is not working. nothing is working how frustrating

I can't figure out how to add an attachment for the SQL file, but, in the "Features" section of the Contributions Section, you will find the previous releases of Download Controller, which have the SQL file included. If the link below has been inserted correctly, you should be able to go directly to the correct page to get the SQL file.

Sorry I can't help you with the rest of your issues. I do know, however, you need the modification to your database for it to even come close to working.

 

I, myself, am still trying to figure out what the triggers a product to be qualified for download on a website, when it becomes available for download to my customers, etc. I have installed Download Controller 5.3, without error, and have tried to turn the configuration on -- but, I cannot seem to get any product to become available for download and I never see a download option. If anyone could help or point me to where the thread is ... greatly appreciated. Thanks.
