Anyone Know what this means?

I've gotten to this and can't figure out how to fix the problem:

 

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

 

* cd /home/stickygr/public_html/store/includes/

* touch configure.php

* chmod 706 configure.php

 

* cd /home/stickygr/public_html/store/admin/includes/

* touch configure.php

* chmod 706 configure.php

 

What do I do now?

You have to use your ftp program and chmod the file to read only. I use primarily WS_FTP and it's a simple matter of right clicking the file and only checking the read options under chmod.
