Problem with Free Shipping w/ Minimum Amount contrib

Hi i have just installed the above contribution and now get the following error when accessing my site:

 

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: () in /home/firstsex/public_html/checkout_shipping.php on line 260

 

line 260 is the following

$SUBS['TEP_DRAW_RADIO_SHIPPING'] = $tep_draw_radio_field('shipping', $quotes[$i]['id'] . '_' . $quotes[$i]['methods'][$j]['id'], $checked);

 

Or

 

$SUBS['N1N21'] = fileParse($htmltemplates_sub.'checkout_free_shipping_n1.htmlt');

 

But been new to this i dont see the problem.

 

Any help would be great
