I saw under cache control something that says "catagories box" but next to it is says "file does not exist". Is this what I'm looking for and if so, how do I make the "file exist"? And what size pixels should my images be? Currently I have them on width 110 and height 90.

No cache control has nothing to do with that.... look in the contributions section to see if there is a contribution to display the categories in that manner. And what size pixels should my images be? Currently I have them on width 110 and height 90. This is up to you.... just remember the large the images the longer they take to download and the longer it takes for you page to load.. experiement a bit until you get a good balance,
