Configuring which credit cards to accept

Hi,

I have downloaded the documentation for oscommerce.

it says to configure which credit cards to accept ie: amex visa mastercard discover goto to

admin>configuration>creditcards

This is not an option the admin page my oscommerce has

any ideas
