Tabs in header linked to ONE catagory in catagory box

Hi

 

I have so far spend half a day reading everything on tabs in header and catagories without getting anywhere - only getting more confused - there is to mutch info.

 

I am looking for a contribution that does the following.

 

On http://www.cduniverse.com/ they have 3 menutabs in top.

 

When you select one of the tabs (tab1) it links to ONLY ONE category in the categori box in column_left - and not showing the other.

 

This feature is what i am looking for as it is a great way to structure a wast number of products in many categories.

 

Hope you can help out there - with a complete contribution og just something to point me in the right direction, so I can pich it up from there.
