flash swf in header

how do i add the flash .swf in the header file, if i put it in the top framset it works fine on normal server but doesnt seem to work with the ssl, asks if they wanna show nonsecure items, then doesnt load

Hi elasion(!)

I had that exact same quetion last night - I made a nifty flash header, then all of a sudden I got those nasty "Some items on this page are secure and some items need Zoloft" message :). :)

But it's EASY to fix!!!

First, be sure to download the contribution for integrating Flash safely with osCommerce:

Flash osC_1.zip

This will keep your session id's from getting messed up. Second and lastly, simply change ONE line in your header Flash code, very, very slightly:

Change from:

codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0"

to:

codebase="https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0"

(The ONLY diffference is to use "https: instead of "http: at the Macromedia site).

And be sure your swf file is in the /catalog directory. That's it!
