Problems Configuring via Admin

Installed Oscommerce fine and can access the shop as well as admin

 

BUT

 

once I'm in admin when I try to click on any of the links I get page not found, looking at the properties I can see there is something wrong in the code but don't know where to fix it.

 

For example in admin I click on Configuration and get page cannot be displayed. The path it's sending is

http://neigh.orgdir_ws_adminconfiguration....77f1739d0244dcf

 

which I know is wrong but don't know where to look to rectify.

Hi, would you please show me how to access the "Administration Tools". My webserver downloaded the software for me. I see the catalog but not the administration toos. Thank you.
