Categories Box problems

Hi there,

 

Recently I have move all the files from mywebsite.com/catalog to mywebsite.com/.

Since this op, I have a strange problem

If I hit a category or subcategory on the left box, I am redirected to mywebsite.com/catalog.

If in admin I disable use cache, the problem disapear but subcategories are not different than categories.

They appear at the same level.
