Table rates x 3 zones

Hello,

 

I am looking for advice on the following scenario.

 

Table rates by price

 

3 Zones - Canada, USA, Rest of World

 

I would like to be able to set it up using country codes for US and CA but a blanket code for Rest of World

 

Has anyone done this?

I have done something similar to mine.

 

I set up the table rate to weight though

 

as for the zones I have 4 zones

I made the zones with all country codes for that zone

 

just make sure that your REST OF WORLD has all the remaining coutry codes excluding your CA and US.

 

this works fine for me except for a limit on the table rates prices and taxes also play up on the zones and display.

Can someone explain to me how to setup different shipping zones using the table rate shipping method? When I edit the table rate in admin I can only select one shipping zone.

 

I'm trying to set it up similar to the previous posts where i have one table rate for US customers and a different table rate for Rest of World.
