CCGV Linkpoint error

Hi,

 

i am using the CCGV contrib and it has been working great! I recently had the linkpoint payment module installed and it was working great as well. Here is the issue. When purchasing an item on my site deedlebags.com, if you enter the discount coupon code and then use your credit card, you can receive this error: checkout_payment.php?error_message=There+has+been+an+error+processing+you+credit+card%2C+please+wait+10+minutes+before+trying+again - however, i tried again in 10 min, and it worked fine. Has anyone seen this happen before? I really need it to work everytime. This was brought to my attention by a customer....eeek!

I'm using Linkpoint payment module as well. Recently, I've installed CCGV 5.12. When I'm trying to check out with credit card details put in and a discount coupon applied to a product I get the following error:

 

"There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again : SGS-002301: Charge total must be the sum of subtotal, tax, value added tax, and shipping."

 

You said that everything was working fine until recently. Do you have any idea why do I get this error. In another thread I was told that the payment module may be the problem. What version of Linkpoint module are you using? Any help is highly appreciated.

I've figured out the issue my OSCMax store. Here's the specifics on what to do:

 

LinkPoint Subtotal Fix for CCGV

 

Once these edits have been made, you'll have to modify the order total sort to put the discount before the subtotal then everything will work.
