Multizone muti shipping

I have used the contribution MultiGeoZone MultiTable Shipping v1.100 (zip) (you can see it in http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...0+%28zip%29).It is working fine for three countries.But I wanted to add diffrent shipping rates for five countries.The solution for it is also given in the contribution but I cannot understand it in the right way.Can anyone help me to solve this.
