Some buttons (like checkout) return random pages

I am experiencing a strange problem, where buttons seem to have a mind of their own. Surfing through the catalog of products works fine. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when these things will work.

 

Here's a few of the funky things that are happening:

1) Log-in: When I click this button and enter my login info, sometimes it logs me in, sometimes it sends me back to the home page and continues to say "Welcome Guest", sometimes it stays on the login page.

2) Buy Now/Add to Cart Buttons: Do not add the item to the cart...it says "Your Shopping Cart is empty!"...it works sometimes...but rarely.

3) Cart Contents: Rarely brings up the Cart page. It usually either brings up "Your Shopping Cart is empty!" or the login screen.

4) When I actually get something to show in the Cart, and try to check out sometimes it works through some of the check out steps...other times it brings me back to the login screen. One time I saw some things in the shopping cart, then hit refresh and it changed. So, I kept hitting refresh and the cart contents kept changing.

 

What the hell!?

Don't hold me to this...I think it might be a sessions/cookies problem. Sounds like if can't remember you logged in & added products to your cart. Have checked to make sure your cookies are set right in your browser?

Yeah tried it...no dice. I tried two different browsers and all of the cookie settings just to be sure...I still have gremlins in the machine......
