Path Configuration w SSL for SBC/Yahoo Hosting

I'm using Yahoo Small Business web hosting. I can install, run, and administer osCommerce easily until I run into the SSL thing. All SSL has to be handled a certain way which I hope somebody has figured out as it relates to the install wizard/configure.php files. I've come close, but I always have some images, icons, backups, payments, etc missing. Trying to troubleshoot this has too many moving targets! Like I said, because of the way YSB handles their SSL there can't be too many variations, but I haven't found the right combo yet. Obviously, I'm fairly new to this and I'm a true php/MySQL lightweight. I need to get over this hump. If anybody has solved this puzzle I'd like to hear from them.
