Order Confirmation email changes needed

I'm getting a headache trying to figure out how to change the seemingly easy 2 things I want different in the order confirmation emails..

 

I only want to send plain text mails.. no mime, no html mails.. just plain text.. thats easily set in the config.

 

I'd like the invoice # to print in the subject line as received not only by the customer, but also by the office and the additional emails as well

 

I'd like the emails arriving to the office and the "extra order emails" to come FROM the customer not the store.

 

As well I do not understand why the office only gets the "middle credit card #" email and not a copy of the invoice.. I had to add the office email addres to the "Send extra order emails to:" in the config.. now we both get a copy.. but neither have the 1st 4 & last 4 of the credit card

 

I am not a php wiz and will need a little hand holding.. I have installed several MODs here and a custom template..

I can't help you with all of your issues, but this contribution can add the order (invoice) number into the e-mail subject making it easier to track. It's pretty straightforward.
